Can I take a week off during a cycle?

I am going on vacation in the middle of a cycle, and I need to know if I stop taking AS for a week is going to hurt. I could either shorten the cycle or wait untill I come back from vacation. I don't want to wait because I am going to the beach and I want to look perfect when I go. So should I just go on vacation and then finish when I get back. I am leaving in ten weeks somebody please help me out.

how long is your vacation? if it's just a week then no prob if you're using long esters. just take a shot the day you leave and you shouldn't need another shot for a week. orals should be easy to take with you on vacations.

sometimes a week off can actually be helpful on your muscles..but keep taking your proper dosages even if you are not lifting.

You might find that your body will appreciate the week off.
