Liver values over hyped or not?
This is an area that I personally feel strongly about. This is my opinion and I would like yours as well. It seems that liver values get overhyped by docs today.
Are they important? YES! However why is there such a knee jerk reaction when values get slightly elevated? I have seen guys on here and seen in my self, liver values that were not shocking and the doc goes insane with the defcon 4 alert. I have seen my values go from hep c toxic levels to normal in 3 weeks (this was from drinking alcohol) don't drink anymore.
Liver health is important I agree but it is my opinion that they are blown out of context quite often.

imo the liver is the same as the heart. both can be royally ****ed with just the slightest disturbance.
