I did my research on how many MG to take a day for pct. But do you take it all in one shot or through out the day? Can it be mixed with a juice such as OJ or grape?

Dont mix it. Take it straight w/ a chaser!

Yea, but you might lose some of it in the glass.

yes, run it in pct.

make sure you have a chaser even if it is just a glass of water(what I use), that stuff tastes like crap.
