Do gains always peak after week 7 or so?
I am on a 12 week test cycle at 500mgs. I always hear week 4-7 are the best and the others you hardly gain anything. Is this usually the case?

No, guys just have to adjust their diet to accomodate more calories to keep the gains coming..

Somewhat yes, you reach homeostasis eventually and your body adjusts. If you increase your dietary intake it can bring more gains but not the same as you had originally

It sure as hell happened to me.
Weeks 1-7 i blew up like a mofo. Week 8 i put on like 1 lb.

i had the same thing happen after my cycles with test...blew up til about week 7 then stopped!BUT, i didnt adjust my food intake as others have said...i kept eating the same amount...my body adjusted and i stopped growing!

there doesn't need to be anymore bumping, just up the calories if you stop gaining...your body needs more fuel since you've gained the extra pounds...

Yup, adding carbs has always helped me out of ruts, you bros just need to stop eating like girly-men
