How long before next cycle?

I just finished a 10 week cycle of Test E and Deca. How long do I need to wait before I should start my next cycle of Test E & EQ?

i like going time on= time off plus one extra month just to let your liver heal. people forget that pct does not count as time off. Your body needs to rest and recuperate. i say time off * 1.5. for 10 wks cycle i would take off 15 wks before i do my next cycle atleast. when your on pct regardless estrogen will be high and it takes a while for the estrogen levels to go down and some people take triblus yr round when off that is what i do . That way my natural test is never screwed up.

I have seen the time on = time off most of the time. I read on another board about this one guy who does 20wks on followed by 8 off and repeats. Sounds like too much on time to me tho. P
