    no im 23 6 foot 205 pounds previous cycles were 8 week cycles of sustanon deca and dbol

    oh, if i read it right, that is a deca only cycle whicj is a bad idea, for cutting, you might want a test/fina or test/eq, depends on what you havee or can get

    end deca at week 11, 1 week before enth, l dex is arimidex , it helps prevent gynol, and will help keep the bloat down bump up nolva in pct to 20 mgs and run that with clomid for 30 days
