I was doing skull crushers and hurt the tendon above my elbow. From what I hear this is a common injury. Just wondering how others have delt with it and how long I should break for. I don't want to take too many days off.

I always play it by ear with injuries. I never take time off for small aches and pains, I just work around them. Just listen to your body.
Did you just strain it or pull it? Or did something tear?
I think its just a strain but I aggravated it while benching yesterday.
look after it bro. miss a week or miss a year, that will depend on how you look after it.
