Im in my 8th week of test E 500mgs per week. Ive gone from 240-242lbs to a fluctuating weight of 265-270..close to 30lbs,..My strength gains are beautiful...Im reping 314 for as many as 15 reps, then 405 for 3,..squating 405 for 8-10reps,..and overall..my muscles have really just blowned the hel up....My promblem is all the fat and water reterntion...I am so fukin bloated its not funny...My coworker,the other trainer here..was just noticing how much my ankles have swole up. I walked outside to get something from my car and came back in. by the time i sat down and started talking..i was totally our of breath,,,of coarse he's steady teasing me,.."man you are out of breath.//you cant even talk..lol",..it is funny but seriously guys,..even though i feel great in the gym....I feel terrible outside the gym...my girlfriend was teasing me lastnight beacuse i couldnt even get of the couch,..my abnominals did not want to lift me up,..this is some crazy shyt...my cardio is at about 2 maybe 3 days per week,..i will admit my calorie intake is much more than before,.of course thats becaus eim staving all day...Im running nolva aswell since day one,..any good advice...this is urgent..thanks.
