    are u supposed to dissolve dbols????

    a buddy of mine says the proper way of taking dbols is to dissolve them under your tongue....is this true?

    i understand that by swalloing them it has to go through the digestive system but i didn't think you had to actually suck on them

    Naw bro, just swallow them. You'll be just fine. The only difference is that you'll have to put up with that god aweful taste if you let it dissolve.
