    How do they get the gear into the amp???

    how many licks does it take to get to the ceneter of a charms tootsie-pop?

    how do they get chocolate milk,from chocolate cows?

    how much wood,could a woodchuck,chuck...

    what was your question,oh yeah,with an amp filling machine of corse!

    i've wondered that myself actualy...

    and how do they make needles??? the pipes are sooooooooo small how do they get a hole in that little piece of steel???

    as for the amp question, i have no idea............. but as for the needle question.......its a metal extrusion. to simplify- they force it through a type of die that forms the pin, they cool it rapidly, cut it off, dip it, sharpen it and sterilize it, all by machining and machinery type processes. im not sure whether they sterilize right away or wait until prior to shipment though.

    damn, was that on a Mr. Roger's special episode where he visits a B & D factory? must have missed that one.....

    i know a brother that works for johnson& johnson, and he explained to me how they were made. now i got this picture of mr. rogers jabbin himself as test to see if they are any good or not................

    The amp before filling is open at the top. After the liquid is put into it, the top of the amp is heated and pressed together. Thats why amps are not identical to one another at the top usually.
