That depends on the amount of muscle mass you put on. Of course if you have no muscle mass increase then even the 1% is bad. If you are on a mass building cycle you should keep control of fats and not blow up by any means but carrying a little extra is not a bad thing. Go by the mirror. You know when too much is too much. Dont go by scales or percentages they are just numbers.
