My 1st injection

I have decieded to do my first course of injection steroids in my glute, I have been shown how to do it but am very nerveous. Is there anything I should watch out for or any do's and don'ts.
I have green tip needles which is 1.5 ins and have been told this is the correct size. Is it better to heat up the liquid before injecting or not.
Please open my eyes before I **** up.

how do you go about warming it up?

I draw the gear with 21g , its faster.
Once you get the pin in you have to aspirtate (pull back a little on plunger to make sure you are not sucking blood ).Inject slow.

Set the vial or amp in a cup of warm water do not boil.

i dont bother warming up my shots, just withdraw the juice, change pins, asipirate, inject slowly. its no big deal, you'll be ok

how do you go about warming it up?

just in my hand or a cup of warm water make sure to sterilise after if a rubber seal.

I have a couple of questions.

What is the benefit of warming it?

If I were to aspirate and blood came up would the injection be wasted or would I just try again?

no prob... warming it up makes the oil not as thick, so it flows out into you easier... it's good to do with a 25g pin or even a 23 g pin if you have thick oil based juice... i do it cause my test is thick as hell... but if you do warm it up, make sure you dont push too quickly on the plunger, or else you'll go way to quick... inject really slowly or you'll get more sore...
