I know the pros work one body part a week but im just you avg guy, while running my cycle is once a week for each body part gonna be enough for me?

ya once a week is fine
the "pros" run a lot more than what you are running......................
and this should be in the workout forum......
with that said, it depends on how hard you are working out the muscle group, if you're not going that hard (6 sets) then you can do it twice a week... if you are doing 15-18 sets then do it once....
