Yo bro, like above are you ON cycle right now??? Probably is gyno, I have an old case of gyno and when I go ON cycle it seems to puff up and then once I'm off it seems to go away... Even with nolvadex throughout, my nipples still puff up and I hate it because I like wearing white t-shirt's and it looks a little funky with puffy nipples...

i am on cycle...bf is under 10%...there is no lump tho...its just puffy...

its weird my nipple gets puffy when im not cycling, and its only on my left one...never had this problem until i started to juice...

Mine do the same ****, puffy in the morning until I take tamoxifen 20mgs, and 1cc of Liquidex. Bump, Bump!

Well that's a pretty low BF. If you're on cycle, nolva wouldn't hurt whether its from gyno or from water retention. Are you running test? dbol? something else that could easily result in gyno? I would recommend nolva be taken, need more info for bros to help though.

i've heard this b4. if u take letro and nolvadex then reduce your body fat letro will shut down your estrogen making it easier to loose the estrogenic fat deposits on your chest,love handles where most people store fat store fat. the nolvadex is good for yourlipid profile while on letro. im going to be trying this soon

im on test e 500 mg/wk...kicked it with 21 days of dbol...nolva will help either way??

Oh ya...most people recommend 10-20mgs throughout a cycle with test or dbol, especially one with both. But if you get symptoms, you bump it up until the symptoms of gyno leave. 60-80mgs until it gets back to normal, correct me if I'm wrong bros.
I'm gonna be running test e at 500mgs as well and I plan on taking nolva throughout, also during pct of course to keep the water down and prevent gyno. Good luck bro!
