Not too bad....You might want to warm compress it after injection if you're shooting prop....It tends to sit in a puddle after injecting..I use a 23ga x 1", never had any problems....

i have done 4 pec shots and i loved them... they're so easy if you are doing it yourself... much easier to deal with than glute imo... and you can rub it much easier than your glute as well...

LOL, unless you're using a 3.5" railroad spike to inject, don't worry.....but tri's and bi's are good also...

I just did my first last week and I LOVE THEM. I'll be shooting the pecs each once a week from now on when doing prop. Totally painless and so easy.

there is no way that you can hit you heart with the needle your using. its not possible. you have to go thru the chest bone to hit it and that needle sure the hell isnt going thru bone. even if was possible to penetrate the chest cavity a 1.5" needle isnt long enough to make it to your heart.

Dude I Used 25 1 Inch Needles For Chest Its Easy As Hell. I Was Using Prop Too So I Did It All The Time.. I Take Shots Before A Nice Hot Shower.. Message It In Bro

chest is one of the easiest muscles to inject, i use 25g 1inch.

i prefer chest shots over quads. i was scared to hit the heart but once i saw my friend do it my fears went away. i love them now. if you think about it your heart is quite a ways in there.

It is an established rule of thumb for site injections, and in lieu of good arguments to the contrary, I agree with it and you.

I've been doing 1.5 cc's in each pec with no problems at all. Feels fine.

The injection is easy...but prop leaves a nasty knot in my pec. Quads are my favorite.

I can't inject anything in my pecs without it leaving a nice knot. No pain...easy as pie. It took a long time for me to find the sweet spot and to stop hitting veins.

The worst tren cough experience ever was on a pec shot. I aspirated and nothing. I got 1/4cc in and tasted it...then I felt my lungs tighten...I still have 3/4cc to go and this sword stuck in my chest (not really...25g 1"). I start rushing the shot and the tightness just gets worse. I started wheezing an knew I wouldn't get it finished. I just nailed the plunger for all I had until the cough hit and I dropped the pin (missed .2cc's). I hit a squirter and blood an tren sprayed out...I coughed. A few minutes later, my wife gets up out of bed and comes to see if I am alive. I give her the thumbs up and continue to convulse. She comes back in 5 minutes and wants to call the doc because I haven't stopped and I look really bad. I convince her otherwise....cough some more and finally I get a break. I couldn't move for a couple of days because of the soreness in my abs.

I have fought tren cough many times, but that was the worst. Not because it was in the chest, but the whole site of the pin in my chest and the feeling was pretty surreal.

I still do pec injects all the time.

tried them for the first time 2 wks ago and love it. I will hit pecs over quads ANY day.

A little tip, when your doing it I think the easiest area of the chest to hit would be on the upper inner portion of your chest. Right around 2- 3 inches to the inside of your nipple, and about 3-3.5" above it. Right where the chest begins to turn inward towards your sternum. Dont worry, your heart is further down in there than you think. I use 22 gauge 1.5" pokes, never had a problem, and I've injected into my chest probably 50 times.
