Nolvadex question

Just got my liquid nolvadex from arr, thanks for all the help everyone in where to get it, fast delivery. But not sure the best way to take it. Morning, nighttime, with or without food, just swallow or swish in my mouth for 30 seconds, etc.... Anyone know the best way????

in the morning, mix with a protein drink or something, the taste isn't too good.

Yeah, smells like rubbing alcohol, so just drop a little in the morning in my protien shake and should work fine, cool.

take it all in the morning imo. i'd let it sit under my tongue for a few seconds just for absorbtion purposes

That stuff really messes with my taste buds. All I can taste is the nolva for half the friggin day, so I take mine at night, after my last meal of the day. I can still taste it a little in the morning.
