    Thumbs up Finally stepped over!

    I finally stepped over to the other side earlier today fellas. Ive come a long way to get where I am today. And thanks to AR I can continue to grow to where I want to be. Thanks AR and all the good bro's for all the help in doing things right.

    I was going to hit bi's but didnt. Then decided to hit quad, didnt due to thinking about hitting a nerve. Pec, Well I knew I had the right spot, knew I wouldnt hit a nerve or vein and wanted a large muscle. There ya go.

    The only groups I will not hit are calves and glutes. All else is a go.

    Was a smooth shoot. Im hurting today though, but I believe its expected though for the first shot in any area?

    be carefull, you know steroids might kill you, or make you kill yourself... or make you have to get your legs cut off... or you dick could shrink....

    yeah, I saw it on the news... whew, glad I found that out... now I can throw away all this tren , eq, test and d-bol... dear god this **** could have killed me... they need to put warning labels on this ****...

    So you must be watching this stuff on ESPN and C-Span also. I threw all my stuff away 2 minutes into watching.
