I have always tryed to only use 200mg of test, if it worked, and I think 600mg in a week was my highest does to date. But i was living like **** so it was all a waste anyway. This is the first time I can really remember using juice and actually knowing my diet, training and habits are all looking good.

wk 1-4 dbol 30mg per week ( jump start )
wk 1-12 EQ 500mg per week
wk 1-12 750-1000mg test e per week ( should I go 1000mg )
wk 4-12 75mg tren ED, well I am a tad short for ED, I will go EOD to start.
and nolva when needed, HGC at mid cycle or when needed, and a proper 30 day PCT...
I want to just really get a good hard 10-15 lbs and keep it, which I could probably do natty now that Im living right...
