    Test E...How many times a week recomm.

    need help..... i have Test E and Dbol...how many times/Mg a week should i take Test E and Dbol...

    age? stats? first cycle? Those are things to consider before anyone says anything

    test is shot twice a week
    for mg's dont know how many cycles have u done how much test e do you have.

    typical test dbol cycle
    weeks 1-4 dbol 25-30mg ed (used only to jumpstart cycle while your waiting for the test to kick in)
    weeks 1-12 test 250mg twice a wk. (monday and friday)
    weeks 1-12 nolva 10mg ed (anti estrogen)
    weeks 13-16 nolva 20mg ed
    weeks 13-14 clomid 100mg ed (test regenerator)
    weeks 15-16 clomid 50mg ed

    seeing how your 31 I think you could handle 250mg test twice/week for 12 weeks. And take the d-bol at 30mg/day split evenly throughout the day from week 1-5. You do know about anti-E's and Pct I hope. Again I don't know your stats and cycle experince, if it's your first cycle the test alone would be plenty.

    twice a week 500mg a week is what I have been reading.Today is th e first day on Test e for me.I just shoot 1.3 ccs in my ass.I was shaking like a dog ****ting a peach seed though.

    by no means am i trying to sound like an a**hole but instead of asking other people on how u should run your gear why don't you do some research of your own, educate yourself on what your putting into your body, take pride in knowing what you are doing... then come and ask for a critique on your cycle..just my .02 cents
