    Exclamation When to take Enathate?

    I'm beginning 500mg week of enathate, just curious if you guys take the full 500mg once a week or 2 x 250mg injections over the week? Ive heard both ways work but what do you guys recommend.

    2x per week, monday and thursday. This will keep your blood levels more stable.

    Correct, which also decreases the risks of sides.
