    Sciatic Nerve in Quad.

    Hey i know where the sciatic nerve is in the glute but where exactly is it in the thigh? I have always been told to stay on the top outside of the thigh...can the sciatic be hit from a normal quad shot? Also, how deep is it....just heard about this recently..was just kinda curious.

    i really can't tell you precisely where it is but i've never heard of anyone havin problems with the quads and the sciatic nerve

    its deep medial. as long as you stay upper outer on the glute you are fine.

    If it's in the glute I'm sure it would be to the inner head (closer to your crack) so inject to the outter part of your glute right were the concave is when you flex... to the outermost part of that... and on quads I would say your safe for injecting outter right... I never want to experiance hitting the sciatic nerve though...

    Like an idiot i used to shoot my inner thigh.....i think i hit it once . I got like an electric shock through my whole body and my lips went numb . I droped everything i was holding . I dint really hurt , but scared the **** out of me .

    Im not sure thats what i hit , just guessing .
