Frontloading is when you double your dosages for a few weeks to help get blood levels stable quicker.
Advantage = Build blood levels quicker
Disadvantage = sides can become more severe
I like jump starting with Prop better then frontloading but if you have never done either give both a try to see what works best for you.

I frontloaded my test, i am takin 500mg a week, frontloaded the first week with 1000mg. Best thing i think i decided to do. Weight came on faster, strength came on faster, etc. Instead of 4-5 weeks, i was feelin it at 3 weeks.

Mudman. I am getting ready to start a deca 450mg per wk test cycle 600mg per wk. I have never frontloaded before. I plan in injecting twice a week every 3.5 days
1. would I just double the dossage of both the deca and test the first week
2. would I need to double them for mutiple weeks
3. I have some prop how exactly would I jump start the cycle with it
