i hear that is the same to take .25 evryday than to take 1 evry 3 days . I wanted to know if this was true

the half life of arimidex is 50 hours. so be_strong's advice of .5mg eod is good. especially since the tabs are usually so small it is impossible to seperate into 1/4s

1/2 tab eod (.5/mg) unless you feel like your retaining too much water. then bump it up a little bit!
