prolly less severe than actual steroids because they might have to prove intent...
but I could be wrong a minor in criminal justice isnt worth much...lol

Powders serve the same punishments as steroids from what I have been told and read. I mean powders ARE steroids, just not converted into injectables yet.

you could get worse, because one will typically order powders in large enough quantities to net himself an intent to distribute charge.

haha, you can say that again. But powders get through pretty easily. You would think they'd see a white, crystline substance and think "hm, this has gotta be some sort of narcotic. " but they don't. Beats me why.
