    is it better to let the tablet[var] dissolve...or to swallow?

    thats disgusting. why the hell would you want to chew them? there not time released pain pills that you want to hit you quicker, its roids. just swallow it and youll be happier. especially if you'd have to chew 25 of those zambon 2mg winny pills a day
