Delts or glutes, those two spots have the most anabolic receptors in them.

In your butt big guy... If you do not have the cohonas to do it yourself, have one of your buddies put the syringe in your butt. upper outer quadrant and if your buddies have a meat syringe out while your pants are down look out because that is no protein injection.

the best receptors are in the quads, glutes, and delts, all are primarilly used so you dont cause abcess.

I've added in biceps with little if no pain at all. I prefer delts...then glutes...then quads...and now biceps.

Are all incorrect answers. The bigger the muscle group, the higher blood plasma level you will get from a given shot.
