i spaced mine out when i did pills - 3 times a day. didn't affect my sleeping habits at all.

i didn't take with any food, just water. tried to keep an hour space around the pill intake before i ate.

DO NOT inject it. It is not sterile. You take it orally.

Ok, it's 200mcg/ml and a normal dosage is 100 - 140 mcg a day. So all I need to do it take about .50 - .75 cc a day orally. Does that sound about right?

Ok, it's 200mcg/ml and a normal dosage is 100 - 140 mcg a day. So all I need to do it take about .50 - .75 cc a day orally. Does that sound about right?

You want to taper your doses with clen for 2wks max. Then run an ECA stack 2wks to keep your metabolism peaked. Then cycle the clen again for 2wks. 2wks on/2wks off (clen/ECA). Thats most effective for maximuim fat loss.

Clen IS NOT considered a steroid and the clen you have is not sterile. You don't inject ANYTHING that is not sterile.

I just doit in the morning..... i started with 40 for 3 days... then 60 - then 80 - then 100 - then 80 - then 60 - then 40........ 3 days of each...

Im on my 2nd day with 60 (liquid clen btw)
