    saw palmetto during cycle?

    Is it a good idea to take saw palmetto during a cycle? And what is the recommended dose?

    I use it...good for protection of the prostate and urinary tract. Its a little pricey though.

    Use 300mg/day Beta Sitosterol instead (active component in Saw Palmetto).
