5'10" 165lbs 23yo I've been lifting for 4 years now, the past year I have really concentrated on a good diet. I'm looking to gain around 20lbs. Does anyone think that a winstrol only cycle for eight weeks can produce the same affect?

u need some test! so prop...but prop should b shot everyday.
a good 1st cycle is:
wks 1-10 test e/cyp 500mg/week shot twice a week
wks 1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
nolva 10mg/thruout
pct...
but if u want winny then:
wks 1-10 test e 500mg/week
wks 3-9 winny 50mg/ed
nolva 10mg/thruout
pct...

I take around 2500 calories a day, I think the problem is too much cardio. I run for about a half an hour to an hour a day.

Yes, low calories combined with a heavy amount of cardio would greatly hinder your gains. I would hold off on the juice, cut some of your cardio out and up your calories until you start gaining some weight again. Steriods won't help if you're starving your muscles.

I'm planning on cutting the cardio to two days a week and upping my calorie intake to 3500+ when I start the cycle. I hope that is going to be enough calories.
