I work a swing shift (2p-10p) do my cardio when i wake up in the morning b4 i eat and my lifting after work. My problem is that i tend to stay up at night and have problems getting up any earlier than just b4 it time to go to work. So lately Ive been taking ECA (I keep it right next to the bed) in order to get up early enough to fit the cardio in adn maybe run an errand or 2. I just recieved the sponsors clen and am wondering if taking ECA (25/200/325) just in the morning b4 cardio and then taking the clen at work would be ok. Im also wondering how much clen is in a single pump of the sponsors liquid clen. Sorry for asking a noob q, but i did run a search and couldnt find it.
