how can i FINALLY get this small layer of fat off my mid-section?

I'm a boxer and have a rediculous workout that would make any normal man shredded, my diet is very strict and i eat awesome. Theres only one problem, After 2 solid years of a strict workout/diet..i still have about a 1/2-inch layer of fat covering my 6-pack that i just CANT get rid of. I'm a poor college student so i cant really afford anything illegal, but i would be open to some kind of fat burner (not that i havent tried them all )

I'm blaming it on my genetics as of now, because i cant think of any reason why i'm not ripped. PLEASE I NEED ADVICE !!!

    -THANKS

If you post up your diet in the diet forum, there might be a flaw there that you're unaware of.

Well, you could try some CLEN or T3. Very inexpensive and can be bought right at Anabolic Rearch....

If your talking about things to assist spot injections of HGH would reduce the fat where you inject.

now you just need an a$$ load of money and somewhere to buy it. I would start by looking into things like sodium intake, water consumption, etc.

It sounds like you train pretty hard and from what you have said it is most likely your diet. I was at the same place years ago. Increase your water intake and try and increase the intensity of your cardio a few times a week. Also, try writing down everything you eat, from when you wake up until you go to sleep. This will help show any flaws you have and what needs to be fixed. Good luck.

You don't want to do clen anytime soon before aerobic activity

With such a active and intense routine that you have, not to mention your aerobics. You should be well under the 15 mark, closer to 8-10%..

I would carefully and objectively look at your diet. That seems to be the most of our problems. Even though we think it is great, and we don't cheat, there is always room for improvement.

Try this place http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/lostart.htm there is a 3 day free trial, You can get an approx. body fat %.. I am at 14.3 according to them, and i don't nearly workout like you do. or come close to doing the cardio. There you can also imput the foods that you eat. to determine which food(s) that you may be consuming that could potentially be the culprit to your layer of fat.

    Good Luck

your small layer of fat would be almost impossible to remove unless you stop extremely strenuous activity. Fat deposits are for safekeep just in case some big sh*t happens. Your body needs it.

how is a guy supposed to measure hips???

thing tells me i am 12.8%, which isnt far off. my "healthy weight of 172-215" is pretty frightening, considering i would be into negative BF% at that point

Some people might have to as there is something called genetics and genetic predisposition. Not just for the balding, but for small wrist and ankles that make the forarms and calves hard to grow, as well as stomach fat... even with diet diet diet. That should always be first route but body types do make a difference.

I know very little about the residual efficacy of lyposuction. Can it be assumed that if you are genetically predisposed to this "pudge" that it would eventually reappear, even after surgery?

does anyone know for sure where hip circ is to be measured?

(conversely, does anyone imagine that this 3-measurement technique is so flawed that it fails to matter?)
