    Will Var and prop help you get bigger and gain weight or just lean you out?

    Might sound weird how I worded it but, if you dont look like the weight you weigh (like me) and you do a prop/var cycle, will you gain muscle mass and weight or will the cycle just cut you up and lean you out more.

    yup, check out the diet forums.... i thought u said just var, with prop and var u could gain quite a bit of lbm with a proper diet.
    i'd run it like this:

    wks 1-12 100mg/prop/ed
    wks 1-6 var 50mg/ed

    the lean mass diet sticky is a great example.

    Yes alot of good calories. Protein is one of the most important aspects.

    Ok cool...i was originally going to do a test E anavar winny cycle but I weigh 207 right now and dont really want to gain TOO MUCH weight. So i think im going to switch to the prop/var cycle. Thanks for advice, what is the real name of anavar (have to get in TJ)

    Oxandrolone is the chemical compound. Quality Vet is a Mexican gear and they sell oxandrolone tabs. Its call oxavet or something like that.

    prop is a bit more expensive then test e. And if you want to buy the painless prop man is it going to cost you and yes there is painless prop out there.

    For the painless prop its around $400 for 50 50mg/ml amps.
