few questions

hey guys, i have a few questions for ya.
1) after injection, ice or heat?
2) test prop 75mg ed & EQ 400mg (2 x 200mg), i have the Nizoral shampoo, but i am unsure if this product will actually block DHT. Should I be using this or something else?
