    Strength gains finally kicking in!

    Started my first cycle of Test E last month on the 10th. Today I hit the bench and was able to put on 20 pounds more than I was able to do 2 weeks ago. Put up 265 a few times, with room to easily do a couple more. Yea, I know, thats not all that much, but believe me, its a good improvement from where I started.

    Started winstrol a few days ago too, not sure if that has started to help at all.

    Anyways, thanks for all the advice and help.

    sounds like the test, good luck bro... dont be asshamed of how much weight you bench, unless your a powerlifter its all about how you look

    Hit that on the head.

    I have a few sttrength gains that I want to hit. Id like to see my bench at or real close to 300 pounds. I have a tad more than 6 weeks left on this cycle, I think its possible.

    I have, however, switched up my diet and routine to more of a cutter now that I have started the winstrol , so I also dont expect to put on much more weight (have put on 15 so far)

    Id be happy at my current weight, a little stronger, and 5% lower on the BF.

    Ill be posting my results and pictures as soon as I am done.
