Finally on my fourth week, and its now kickin in. Best f-in workout in months, being doing drop sets for the last month 10,8,6,10-15. I'm no badass or anything but I haven't been able to do heavy lat pulldowns for a while ended today with 240lb for 6reps, not bad for only being on for a month. Stright bar rev. grip bent over rows ended with 245lbs for 6reps, Cable low rows not great but 240lbs for 6reps. Point being is know I'm starting to feel it and the future is going to be great.
