It says deca is 18 months detection time frame for a steroid test although don't you think that if you are a highly active altlete that drinks about 3 gallons a day in liquids the time would be significantly lower then a regular person.

Possibly. I know that detection times differ with recreational drugs depending on bodyfat, how much water you drink, how much you sweat, etc.
BTW- Your avatar is way too small!!
yes my bf is at 10% currently, I drink a ton of fluids and am already 10 months out.
What are you getting tested for?

It makes sense... its not going to go away in a week but it is entirely possible for the steroids to be gone in say 15 months instead of 18 if he has low bodyfat, exercises regularly, and drinks a lot of water.Originally Posted by colossus1
I want to know who's willing to chance a steroid test on the basis of knowing they drank tons of water...........lol. I pass. Ill just wait until the detection time passes like everyone else.
in theory you might be able to pass it but i don;t think the time will be that much lower regardless of b/f... maybe you could shave am onth off that time but i can;t see it as being much more. your body is continually breaking down the risidual from the AS and the metabolites are whats found in the urine test i believe. and you can;t make your body process these metabolites any faster then they already do. even if im wrong in how it leaves the body i still would not risk a sport with the thinking you can beat it.. id just go by the detection times.

Drink tons of water, it will cut Deca detection times in half.
Im out.
I'm sure it will reduce the detection time.Originally Posted by colossus1

I would think that fat burning cardio would be more important. Break down (remove) the fat, and the residual metabolites would be released for another liver pass-one step closer. I don't know how many times it has to pass before it it water soluble and can be excreted in the urine, but cardio and low BF% would be very important factors to look at. And I would think you could get rid of more than 1 month of testing positive by taking this avenue. Besides, alot of cardio=alot of water intake, anyway.
My 2 cc's FWIW.
I would say that deep tissue massages at injection sites would be an option as like mentioned before gear can sometime locate itself in fat deposits. By massaging the site you may mobilise these. As a pro rugby player this often weighed on my mind as we get lots of bumps on quads, delts etc.
I bet he had fakes...and pls don t be rude to other ppl if u don t know **** eitherOriginally Posted by speedtraining
