    Hemaroid Update

    Went to the doc...
    Nothing serious, but i do have a rectal fissure. I guess it means that i have a tear on the outside instead of the in. Which is a good thing. Thanx for all the concern.

    That is true... I'm very dissapointed that i cant do heavy squats or deadlifts for awhile. Oh well, I guess its all for the best.
