Is there a nerve running on your quad?
Yesterday when I injected my test, I always do it in the quad. I usually do it slightly on the side, but instead I did it more on the front of my thigh. The second the needle pierced my skin I felt a stabbing pain throughout all of my leg, almost like I'd been stung by 20 wasps at once. I sucked it up and did the injection anyways, checking for blood, etc. But ****, for the next hour that stabbing pain didn't go away! Now, today, my leg still kinda hurts, not just from being sore, but I can still feel a slight sting on the area.
What the hell happened? Did I hit a nerve?

Yep, quads are my fav. If they work for you, don't let one problem phase you.
