Ok, i recieved my order today...

was expecting my nolva in tabs but instead it was capped

they are 20 mg each

how am i supposed to take 10 mg a day?

Do i open the cap and seperate the powder?

any1?

bro i take 20 mg eod cause my pills are not scored
and it is working fine no sides as of yet

i calculated everything out including PCT's

93 in total
10 mg everyday during cycle and 20 mg for PCT

If i take it EOD, will it be ok?
