    So clen should be taken all at once in the morning is what the consensus here is? Also when am I supposed to start benadryl?

    Take your Benadryl every night before bed. Every day throughout the 3rd week, and 6th if you're planning on running it longer than 6 weeks. I'd probably only go for 6 though bro.
