shooting in your upper thigh is a easy spot also so u dont have to spin around.

yes, high outside is fine, however, when i started shoulder injections, i found it much easier..for some reason i would always hit something in the butt..
maybe because your closer and you can actually see when you're injecting into the shoulder... why did u stop the shoulder injection spot ??? just a question?
