Carbs During Passover?
I know this probly isn't the right forum, but i'm on cycle so i figured i'd post it here. Here's the deal... Passover is comming up and while i am not jewish my family is going to keep passover and not eat anything with yeast in it for a week or so. I did so last year, and lost a few pounds, (My diet wasn't very strict then either). I was wondering if you all had any suggestions for an easy way to get carbs when not eating bread. Or if it isn't even worth it to keep it at all. I am a very religious person and would like to keep passover if at all possible. Any info would be appriciated. Also if a mod wants to move this to a more appropriate forum that would be great.

PWO - Dextrose
Can you eat rice? Oats? Yams?
Excellent sources of carbs.
Bread sucks.
Should be in the Diet Forum as well.........

huh??
You're very religious, NOT Jewish, but you want to keep Passover??
What Religion would that be??
I was gonna suggest that there are WAAAAAAAAY too many ways to replace the Carbs lost while keeping with tradition (I'm a Jew)...but the whole "keeping Passover while not Jewish thing" threw me for a loop.

tobii the reason we keep passover while not jewish is that most christans just disregard the old testimament which is the torah, which is not supposed to be done, basically we're jewish but belive in Jesus, im' not compelty sure i even understand it?
Thanks for the Info blown i will look into it
