How often to shoot the multi ester blends?

I heard you only have to shoot Sustanon every week. However, it has Prop and PhenylProp in it which would be nearly extinct by then. Id this true?

I am going to be using Andropen and it has 5 esters shortest ones being acetate and prop. Wouldn't E3D be fine considering it has decanoate in it, etc;

As for Adropen I've never used it, but if its a multi ester testo I'd go with the same info on Sustanon.
