Is there a better time to inject?

Is there a good time for me to inject? I usually hit it after my morning shower, and lift in the afternoon. My cycle is test. prop/tren/winny.

I'm gonna spot inject, say if I'm gonna do legs one day, I'd hit my legs. If shoulder's hit the shoulders, right before you go to workout.

I always like it after a warm shower since it loosens everything up and it slides in easier

but is there a time of day that I should be injecting? Or relative to my workouts?

does this go with tabs also such as arimidex? take it before you do your inject?

my preference is to hit myself a couple of hours after my workout which would make it late afternoon. that will give a little bit of time for my blood levels to even out before i hit the weights the following day. i get sore the next day with the T400 shots so i try to avoid hitting the muscle group which i am working on the following day. as for arimidex, i take it an hour or so before i go to bed since for some reason it makes me a little sleepy.
