Hey everyone nice board..I just wanted to know how to get real ripped for summer in like 4 weeks? i hate lifting but ive been sticking to the gym for a month now. I want to loose alot of bodyfat cause i'm 250lbs and i want to be like 200 lbs shredded like brad pitt in fight club is. My friend gave me the tabs called D-balls and said to eat 6 a day for 3 weeks and then take two weeks off then one more eating 10 a day. Does this sound ok? Also my dog is diabetic and some one told me insulin will ripp me up alot so should i take it i dont care about health just want to get riped like crazy. Im alot body fat and need to be veiny and lean. i also heard of other good juice brands and i just wanna see what the pros here think of my cycle.
