I always had my doubts about flatbench, but some of that stuff is common knowledge. Example-cheating with the straight bar curls.

I love to bench press with free weights. Puts size on my shoulders/back realll fast.

i disagree with why they say most of those exercises are worthless or "flawed". i somewhat agree with what they say about the preacher bench, but you can still use a preacher machine to keep the resistance on during the whole range of motion. i don't see a problem with working one limb at a time. i just factor that into how long i rest between sets.

oh, and the explanation about the flat bench seems that they are saying that it isn't a good exercise to isolate the pecs. most people with any common sense understands that. there are a lot of compound exercises that are great. how many muscles does the dead lift hit?
