Looking for some good advice on a first cycle..
Heres my story and goals...Serious lifter for 3 years, injured shoulder in auto accident had surgery, been inactive for 7 months and gained un-wanted fat..Shoulder is fine now just lost alot of strength so looking to loose the fat and gain some good strength . Not looking to get super huge.I am 6'3'' 235.. I would like to know a good novice cycle that i can follow ( including all post therapy/anti-estrogen cycles)
