    Hi to ya all!

    Hi,
    just joined this forum and I'm thrilled by the amount of info in here!
    I joined because I'm hoping to learn from and with you all.
    I live in Ontario, Canada. I'm in my mid-twenties, been working out for past 5 years. I'm a fast gainer, but I always loose motivation and stop the training for a few weeks after a few weeks :-) I'm 165cm tall and weight 155lbs.

    I tried roids only once - Sustanon 250. I took it for 8 weeks. My strength doubled and I weighted 210lbs. After the cycle I stopped training for 6 weeks and I didn't have access to Clomid/HCG ... my strength halved and weight dropped to 170...
    I'm also pissed off cause I never had a six-pack :-)))

    My goals? Meed some people on here, make contacts, learn from you and go on Deca with Primobolan for about 8-10 weeks.
    I need something that's good, cheap and doesn't have side effects... don't we all?

    Welcome Luke! Get ready to learn a lot. I was a dummy when it came to steroids , but have learned a ton and learn something new every time I log in. Don't worry about motivation, some of the guys here are worse than personal trainers Just wanted to remind you (in case you haven't checked) the Educational Threads and the "Search" button are you best friends on AR.     welcome bro, this is a great board.. just be sure to really really research everything you are planning on doing. Just a guess but I'm sure you will get some reply's suggesting something different than the deca /primo...

    If you haven't been training consistently and haven't begun to eat to grow (and sleep for that matter), then you most likely have alot more growth that you can get naturally.
