time to bulkup
I have been working out for about 6 years on and off. Sold for about 2 years. I work out 4 days a week. Hears my diet
bkft = ultra lean pocket and chocklet milk 38g protein
snack = protein shake w/ skim milk 50g protein
snack = fruit
lunch = tuna or some other lean meat and whole wheat 42g protein
snack = protein shake w/ skim milk 50g protein
snack = fruit
snack = protein bar 18g protein
work out
snack = protein shake w/ skim milk 50g protein
dinner = lean meat, salad, baked potato 50g protein
snack = fat free frozen yogurt 10g protein
Current stats
6'
195lbs
medium build
about 16% bf
cycle
test-e 500mg e 1-10
deca 300mg wk 1-9
proviron 25mg eod 1-10
clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg ed
previous cycles
1st
deca 200 everyweek 1-10
2nd
sos 250 wk1-3
sos 500 wk4-8
eq 100 wk1-7
any info will help just want to do it right this time and keep it.

Make sure you're shooting sustanon every other day to keep blood levels consistent.
Do you have PCT lined up?
Agreed, pretty $hitty bulking diet, you need more calories. Try to keep the number of protein shakes lower also, real food has greater benefit. You should replace your current postworkout shake with protein and dextrose in a 1:2 ratio.

i would personally lose the proviron and run nolva 10mg/ed thruout cycle along with 200mg/ed/b6 then bump the nolva to 20mg/ed during pct... i'd also add in 4-5g of trib/ed..... other than that then yes with a good diet that is a pretty good cycle, might wanna think about adding dbol or prop to kickstart as well.
