How long should i wait to see regression of my existing gyno before I bump the dosage up? I am doing 20 mg a day and so far have been doing it for right at a week...little or no progress in the nip department.

Man I would bump it to 80mg / day right now. Dont wait any longer. You might want to consider getting some Arimidex as well.

i got sore nips, took 40 mg a day , 3 days later, still there. got some advice from this board, bumped up to 80 mg and 2 days later gone. hasn't returned yet. do you have gyno or just sore nips which may lead to gyno if not treated?

yup might wanna get up to at least 60mg a day for a week or two... then drop back to 20... I just did my first 60mg day today as well...

20 is a mantance dose in my opinion. 60-80 should be run if you are seeing signs of gyno.

i would do 80 mgs until your symptoms are over and then run it 20 mgs ed all the way through pct

right now is a a small amount of fluid under the nipple, which has caused them to protrude. They are not very sore but just starting to resemble a conical shape.
